How to properly swing the golf club

Golf is a sport that can be fascinating and distressed. No matter which way you choose your grip, you need to hold your club loosely. Baseball grip method. This is a grip similar to a baseball player holding a baseball bat, so it is called a baseball grip. Note: For the following three grip methods, the left hand (right hand golfer) is in the same position.

Overlapping grip method. Although there is nothing wrong with the baseball grip method, the fingers are basically unconnected. The overlapping grip allows the fingers to be joined, which provides more stability.
Start with a baseball grip, place your right hand finger between the left index finger and the middle finger gap or on the left index finger instead of the right thumb and left index finger.

Interlocking grip method. This way, by locking the left and right hands together, it is the most stable in three ways. This way is used by great golf masters Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods. [4]

Stage 1: Move your hands to the back and keep them close to the legs behind you. Try to keep your forearms straight when doing this. When the club head swings back, the club is almost parallel to the ground.
Stage 2: When moving your arm parallel to the ground, the wrist is slightly bent. The club should be almost perpendicular to your left arm (for right-handers). The tail of the club should point to a little outside the ball.
Stage 3: Further rotate your body backwards, at the apex of the rear swing lever so that the club's head is slightly behind your hand. Your forearm should be slightly bent at this stage.

Go down the swing. While swinging down, drag the club head so that it lags behind everything else, allowing a 90 degree angle to be added and then quickly releasing it in the hitting area. This creates a huge club head speed while allowing the body to move relatively slowly and maintain control. .
Before hitting, try to lock your forearm so that it can be straight again, just like when you start to swing backwards.
Move your center of gravity from your hind foot to your front and let your knees face the target. Try to keep your knees bent, especially when you hit the ball.

Remember to complete the action after hitting the ball. How far your club is going is not the point, the focus is on your correct swing and complete all the moves.
